Marroco Consulting Group was the company that applied the WES© system in its clients during eight consecutive years (1996-2002) in Organization Transformation projects achieving over 90% success in obtaining the desired objectives within the pre-established time frame with an approximate 82% of personnel attended changing and becoming change agents.
